After being diagnosed with sleep apnea due to having too much fat on my neck, I came to the realization that I needed a serious change in my training regimen. Always being a semi-power lifter with a hint of bodybuilding minus the cardio and never having any kind of diet had caught up to me.
After driving by the SRSC sign on the side of the warehouse 100 times, I decided to stop talking about it and make the change. Since that first training session I have lost 35 pounds and I no longer have sleep apnea. I was expecting results but I never expected to lose as much as I did as fast as I did. I have never slept so well or felt as energized as I do now. And now my girlfriend can actually get a decent night of sleep without me snoring in her ear.
