Custom Program Strength and Conditioning, or “CP” is the best of both personal and group training: you get a customized strength and conditioning program designed just for you, and you train with a small group and enjoy the benefits of community and camaraderie.

Custom Program Strength and Conditioning:

  • Provides a totally individualized approach to your training. We monitor your progress and design your program so you are continually meeting your next goals.
  • Students train in small groups of 2-5 people, all following their own programs and under the guidance of a coach. This is the best of both private training and group training: an individualized program plus the community and camaraderie of training with other people.
  • Students reserve their sessions ahead of time to keep the coach:student ratio small…which provides added accountability too- we are expecting you, and when you don’t show up, we reach out!
  • Choose 1 day, 2 days, or 3 days a week of Custom Programming, and fill out the rest of your training schedule with our group Conditioning, Yoga Tune Up, or Olympic Lifting classes.
  • Ideal for experienced athletes that are no longer seeing progress from a group training program, or for anyone that has specific fitness or performance goals and wants the most effective way to meet them.
