Youth Sports Performance Training is for middle or high school-aged athletes looking for the edge needed to advance to the next level and be recognized by peers, coaches, and scouts for their accomplishments.

Youth Sports Performance Training:

  • Our coaches provide an individualized sports performance training program for each athlete.
  • Your program is designed around the demands of your sport and the performance areas in which you will benefit from improvement: speed, strength, power, agility, and flexibility. We draw from Olympic-style weightlifting, Powerlifting, Speed and Agility training and CrossFit training to design a program for you that will get you the results you need.
  • We monitor your progress and re-design your program so you are continually making gains and never plateau.
  • Our athletes train in small groups of 2-5, all following their own programs and under the guidance of a coach. This is the best of both private training and group training: an individualized program plus the camaraderie and motivation inherent to a team-oriented approach to training.
  • Youth Sports Performance Training runs in 3 month blocks; choose 1, 2, or 3 days per week.
  • Ideal for athletes that want to take their performance to the next level and be regarded as one of the best.
